Discovery Cove is an annex park to Sea World, where you get the chance to have a dolphin interaction. The park consists of nice sandy beaches surrounding several lagoons and pools. There is a fresh water lagoon, a coral reef lagoon, a shark pool, a ray pool and the dolphin encounter lagoon.
I did the "Trainer for a Day", which included three separate interactions with the dolphins and also behind the scenes look at what the animal trainers actually do (its not all fun and games). We were shown around by Trainer Andi, who took many of the photos below.
